[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy will govern your membership with Bizmums. Please also see the Bizmums Website Terms and Conditions which will govern your use of this website.

All membership benefits (such as discounts for specific services) can be found within the Members Area and will be offered directly by Members to Members. Bizmums cannot guarantee the availability of these and any goods or services provided may be subject to additional conditions.

Membership Details

All applications for membership of Bizmums are to be made by written application or via the website application form. By submitting the application form online, the Member is deemed to have signed the application form.

On completion of an application form, each new Member will receive an email which will contain their membership number.

On acceptance of the membership application by Bizmums, Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the procedure set out below.

Bizmums reserves the right at all times & in its absolute discretion to determine the number of Members in Bizmums & may accept or reject applications for membership as it feels fit.

The monthly membership fee for unlimited membership is £25 Inc. VAT. For 1 event monthly membership £15 Inc. VAT.

Membership is on a rolling month by month basis unless entered into a separate yearly agreement. And membership is to be paid on 1st day of each month by PayPal subscription or Standing order unless otherwise arranged. Failure to pay membership on time may result in termination of membership & refusal to events.

All membership monies are payable in sterling, with preferred payment being an online payment via PayPal or by Standing Order.  Membership fees are revised annually but providing your membership is continuous the payment you make will always remain the same as on joining.

Terminating Membership

Bizmums reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Member from participating in any Event or from renewing membership if the Member puts the organisation into disrepute or if a Member continuously fails to attend events which she has signed up to or if the Member is misusing the membership forum or the discussion forum (for example, using the discussion forum to send chain letters).

If, for whatever reason, a Member wishes to terminate her Membership, she must give 7 days’ notice of this in writing to Bizmums. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if membership is cancelled for whatever reason before the end of the month.

Membership Breaks

Pre-arranged Membership breaks can be arranged at the discretion of the Bizmums team in the circumstances such as maternity, long term illness or extended holiday and membership may be reinstated on the original terms.

If a membership is terminated without a pre-arranged break and the member wishes to reinstate their membership then this will be at new terms and at a higher monthly rate if fees have increased.

Members agree to comply with any necessary health and safety regulations applicable to any Event attended.
