2.45pm Amanda Alexander will be sharing some techniques on building self-belief… feeling the fear and going for it anyway.. even when you are quaking in your boots.. having courage.
About Amanda : Amanda Alexander’s job is giving professional women with children a compassionate kick up the bum, getting them to believe in themselves, get out of their own way and achieve the sort of success that works for them. Amanda used to be a jet-setting, constantly stressed and worried Project Manager in the IT Industry, but she got better when she hired a Life Coach herself. Coaching made such a difference to her own confidence and mindset that she decided to re-train as a Life Coach herself. She hasn’t looked back… Amanda has now been coaching full time for 11 years, has a string of awards and has the dubious honour of being hailed as one of the UK’s Top Life Coaches by The Daily Mail. She is one of few coaches in the UK accredited with PCC status with the International Coach Federation. She has won awards as a Coach and as a businesswoman. Amanda is sought by the media for her expertise particularly around 3 main areas: work life balance, women returning to work and working parents. Amanda generally walks her talk and endeavours to actively model the positive life and wellbeing choices she wants for her clients. She is a single mum of 2 incredibly proud-making boys, aged 12 and 7 and a dog called Ernie, who is as mad as a box of frogs. Amanda’s passions are having wonderful adventures, drinking good coffee and good wine, connecting with people and getting muddy. Usually not all at the same time.
